Original Artwork & Fine Art Prints

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, I offer a 30-day return policy on
unframed fine art prints and original paintings. This means you have 30 days after receiving your artwork to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

I’m unable to offer returns on framed prints or custom orders, including bespoke sizes.

Returns Process

The buyer is responsible for return postage and insurance. To start a return, please contact me at nickjones.info@gmail.com. I will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Great care is taken with packaging, and damages are rare. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please inform the courier immediately and take photos of both the damage and the packaging. Contact me within 24 hours of delivery so I can arrange a replacement. Unfortunately, I may not be able to process claims reported after this timeframe.

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original purchase and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once I’ve received and inspected your return, I’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be

U.S. & Canada Orders

Print orders for the U.S. and Canada are fulfilled by a fine art print company based in the U.S., so there are no customs duties or taxes.

Unframed prints:
Please allow 5-7 days for printing and shipping.

Framed prints:
Please allow 7-10 days as each frame is made to order.

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with an estimated delivery date.
