This fine art print captures the serene beauty of an iceberg, brilliantly lit against a deep blue sea. During my Arctic residency in 2018, as we sailed along the west coast of Greenland and down the east coast of Baffin Island, I passed countless icebergs of all shapes and sizes. The one that inspired An Austere Beauty stood out for its grandeur and serenity, and it remained with me long after I returned. It was the iceberg I painted most, touched deeply by its quiet elegance.

The original painting, from which this print was made, was exhibited and sold at the Royal Academy of Arts in London the following year.
