A Northern Lights print capturing the breath-taking scale and delicacy of the aurora. This piece was inspired by the experience of standing beneath a towering auroral curtain, its rippling, translucent forms seeming almost alive as they moved across the Arctic sky. The silhouette of a silver birch anchors the scene, drawing the eye upward into the vastness of the night.

Standing beneath the aurora can be a deeply transformative experience; a reminder of something far greater than ourselves. Barry Lopez once wrote that they "throw the sky into a third dimension... in such a beautiful way, they make the emotion of self-pity impossible." This print holds something of that sense of wonder for me.
