An abstract landscape screen print evoking the radiant beauty of the day’s end. I’m often amazed by the colours the sky takes on at sunrise and sunset, and how the whole landscape can be flooded with golden light. Here, a warm golden-orange sky radiates above a silhouetted stand of fir trees, while the ambiguous foreground echoes the vastness of the dimming sky.

For me, this piece transports me to a place of stillness and radiant calm—a quiet pause at the edge of the day.
