A Northern Lights print evoking the beauty of the Aurora Borealis and the Arctic night.  The aurora can take on many forms and this print was made from a large painting depicting one of its more dramatic displays. I was struck by the undulating form that the aurora took here and wanted to suggest something of its quivering aliveness and subtlety of colour. Witnessing the aurora is often described as a deeply spiritual experience, partly because of the way it can feel as if you are being lifted out of yourself into something much bigger. This print evokes something of that for me.
